Demo reviews
On Sunday 19th February 2007 I was fortunate enough to be joined by Vicky from Freak Clubwear for a Flogging demonstration at the Birmingham Bizarre Bazaar. I’ve always considered flogging to be an art, and Vicky’s technique proved to be all that. With her lovely young demo bunny Cat, she worked the whole of the performance area ensuring that everyone in the 200+ audience could see. Demonstrating a variety of flogging, including two-handed florentine work (best described as poetry in motion!), she mixed detailed explanation with good humour, knowledgeable advice and an almost ballet-like technique and precision. It was a privilege to share the stage with her.
